Returns & Cancellations
All orders placed on The Cleaning Collective can be returned or cancelled, no matter the reason. Please note, for returns/cancellations, all orders are subject to a 15% administration fee. This will be deducted from the amount being refunded to your original payment method.
If your order has not been despatched and you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch by calling us on 01723 339239.
Returns
You can return any items from your order to The Cleaning Collective, no matter the reason, as long as the products are returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.
To return your any items, simply download, print and follow the instructions on the form below.
Please note, items being returned to The Cleaning Collective must be in a resaleable condition (unopened, with no damage to the item or the items packaging).
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, please call us on 01723 339239 as soon as possible.
Wherever possible, we will endeavor to cancel your order. However, please be aware that if your items have already been despatched, you will be required to follow the above returns process.
